All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if applicable).
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please note: During peak seasons or high demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

If your package is delayed, please contact the courier first using your tracking number.
6. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or local taxes.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
ZayvenShop is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by customs.
7. Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
We cannot guarantee address changes after an order has been processed.
8. Lost or Stolen Packages
Once the package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, ZayvenShop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you believe your package was lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
We will assist you in opening an investigation with the courier.
9. Split Shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability or warehouse location.
